Meet Emma

Emma is our lovable pit-lab mix and the unofficial mascot of True North CRE’s multifamily investment sales team. With a natural instinct for sniffing out value-add opportunities, Emma has a keen eye (and nose) for properties with upside potential. Whether it’s identifying underperforming “doghouse” assets or chasing down leads faster than a squirrel, she’s always focused on maximizing returns.

Known for her warm welcomes and strong “curb appeal,” Emma excels at building relationships—because in her book, every good deal starts with trust (and maybe a few treats). She’s equally comfortable touring 4-plexes or 40-unit buildings, though she insists on a thorough “sniff inspection” before giving her paw of approval.
